New City Owners Guild

To our City Owners, this is a guild to help bring more people and more creative minds to your area. I hope that this will somehow benefit you and your people.

Lets talk about getting your land first. Jet needs to be informed of any new city makes. He will make a plot of land for your first couple of builds from there its up to you.

Making buildings, such as hotels, cafe's, and a jail. Making a city isn't easy. So first plan out what you are wanting in your city. Renting out houses or plot of land is also needed in your city area. Pricing your lots that's for sale to the public is also needed in your buildings.

EX: Small Lot= $150.00 Small House on Lot= $250.00 and so on whatever you wish to price.

Having your buildings up and running is also a big thing in making you a good mayor.
